Shawna was very personable and easy to talk to. She made sure to let me know i was in control of temperatures and was very careful to verify sensitivities or allergies. I had the hot rocks massage and it was perfect. It included back, neck, arms, hands, legs, feet, chest, and face. I will definitely be a return customer!
